Any estimates or quotes provided for our services are based on the information provided by you. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions and requirements discovered during installation or assessment.
All prices listed on our website or provided in quotes are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice.
We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website or during the booking process. All payments must be made in full before service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For certain services, we may require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposit amounts and refund policies will be clearly communicated during the booking process.

Fakiultra guarantees the quality of our workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of installation. This warranty covers defects in installation but does not cover issues caused by improper use, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
Products installed by Fakiultra are covered by their respective manufacturers' warranties. We will assist you in processing any warranty claims for products installed by us.
